Blumka Contemporary’s mission is to build off of a fourth-generation gallery and transition into the 21st century using veteran experience to champion rising artists. The gallery merges its knowledge of contemporary art with traditional art history to best connect the past and present and offer works that tie together centuries of themes and styles. Blumka Contemporary seeks to shepherd young artists, allowing them to organically grow and capitalize on cutting-edge trends in the art market.

Quintin Blumka
Quintin Blumka is a fifth-generation gallery owner with experience at institutions such as Christie’s Auction House, Sotheby’s Auction House, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Blumka Gallery. While Quintin received a degree in art history from Drexel University, much of his knowledge of the art world and its history comes from years of exposure to his family’s business, Blumka Gallery, and spending his entire life traveling the world to visit and take part in a variety of art fairs and exhibitions.
